Learn more about CASA at the Volunteer Info Session

Volunteer info sessions are designed as a question and answer platform where folks interested in becoming CASAs can learn more about the specifics of what it’s like to be a CASA and the application process. Current advocates, members of the Board and other supporters are also encouraged to bring friends and family members who are interested in learning more about CASA. You don’t have to currently be connected to CASA or anyone with CASA to attend an information session. Contact Debbie Jensen, Training and Recruitment Coordinator, at djensen@casadenton.org or 940-243-2272 ext. 103 to learn more.

The mission of CASA of Denton County, Inc. is to provide trained community volunteers, to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children, and to promote community awareness about child abuse issues. Each year CASA of Denton County serves an average of 500-600 children in foster care, yet there are so many children we are unable to reach–we need passionate advocates to speak up for these children.

To reserve your spot, email Debbie Jensen, Training and Recruitment Coordinator, or call 940-243-2272 ext. 103.
