April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month.
CASA of Denton County serves more than 800 children annually who have been directly impacted by abuse and neglect. National Child Abuse Prevention Month provides an opportunity to show our unwavering support and spread awareness about child abuse. Together, we can raise community awareness about the effects abuse and neglect can have on a child and what we can all do to help.
Blue Sunday
All faith communities are encouraged to participate in Blue Sunday with a special prayer or offering dedicated to protecting children on April 30th.
